When purchasing from AVL Presets, your Presets will be delivered via a downloadable link. You will be able to download your files immediately after purchase on the 'Thank You' page as well as at the link that will be emailed to you. We suggest saving your PDF Download Kit(s) as well as your Preset files to more than one location immediately after purchase. Please note that AVL Presets is not responsible for lost files. We appreciate your understanding on this 🖤
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do, however, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When creating our Presets, we test them on many different lighting and quality scenarios. But not all photos are created equal and a Preset may not look perfect on every photo. It is our priority that you love the 'After' of your photos, so feel free to take advantage of our one time complimentary test edit HERE.
